Custom Garments All tailored and made‑to‑measure items are non‑refundable, as they are created uniquely to your measurements and specifications. However, your satisfaction is essential to us.

If your garment does not fit as expected, we offer: Complimentary alterations within [5] days of pickup or delivery Fit adjustments to ensure the final piece meets our quality standards If significant changes are required beyond the complimentary period, additional alteration fees may apply. 

Ready‑to‑Wear Items For non‑custom items, we accept returns or exchanges within [5] days of purchase, provided the item is: Unworn and unaltered In original condition with tags attached Accompanied by proof of purchase Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Deposits Deposits for custom orders are non‑refundable, as they cover materials and initial labor.
